Refunds

If the pack is not right for you, write to [email protected] within 30 days of purchase from the email address you used to buy, and include your order reference if you have it. You do not have to give a reason.

We refund through Stripe to the card or wallet you paid with. It usually shows within 5 to 10 working days. Once the refund is approved, your pack link and reminder emails stop.

This guarantee is in addition to your rights under the law.
